Trip payments are non-refundable. HookFire LLC cannot be held responsible for interruption or cancellation of your trip due to inclement weather, airline flight delays or cancellations, missed flights due to late arrival at the airport, denied entry due to noncompliance with passport or vaccination requirements of the destination country, or other similar circumstances. This policy also applies to cancellations due to any pandemic- related travel restrictions or global crises.

For trips that are affected or cancelled due to Covid-19, HookFire will extend a full credit of the trip amount paid to date to rebook for the following season. 

We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance, which can help you protect your travel investment.  We can recommend reliable insurance providers that specialize in this type of coverage, or check with your own providers to determine whether they offer this service.
