Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

 

Non-Refundable Fees – All booking fees are non-refundable.

 

Cancellations Within 30 Days of Trip – Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled trip will result in the forfeiture of the trip. No rebooking, credit, or refund will be offered unless you unless a replacement hunter is found.

 

For cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled date 100% of all payments made to date will be forfeited and rebooking fees, if applicable, will also apply.
